Returns true if the ConfigurationRecorderNames property was specified by the sender (it may be empty), or false if the sender did not specify the value (it will be empty). For responses returned by the SDK, the sender is the AWS service.

configurationRecorderNames

The name(s) of the configuration recorder. If the name is not specified, the action returns the current status of all the configuration recorders associated with the account.
