This is a convenience that creates an instance of the ConnectorProfileProperties.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ConnectorProfileProperties.builder(). When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to connectorProfileProperties(ConnectorProfileProperties).
