public class PausableThreadPoolExecutor extends ThreadPoolExecutor
ThreadPoolExecutor that can pause and resume. All not
already started threads will be paused. Already running active running
threads (beforeExecute(Thread, Runnable) already passed) are not
affected and will run normaly to an end, even if pause has been called
